During the 18th and 19th centuries the Stagecoach Inn was the home where travelers stayed and rested before traveling on to their next stop. Today as a newly renovated home it continues its “olde†tradition of accommodating guests. A porch runs the length of the home. On the right an opening led to a slave tunnel. The slaves were hidden here until they could safely go north to Boston. The tunnel is now filled with rock. We wish for our guests to enjoy their stay. This includes not having to pack amenities that we can provide. Off Street Parking: Our paved driveway has capacity for seven vehicles. Use of Grounds: Guests may picnic on the grounds. They have use of a Weber gas grill (fuel and tools provided) and the outdoor table and chairs.
