Captain Grant's Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in CT. between Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos & the Mystic area of CT. Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium as well as Historic Downtown Mystic are a short drive. As well as the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the U.S. Naval Submarine Museum. Wineries, Vineyards, Museums, beaches and all of Mystic are yours to enjoy. Golf, swim, and explore the Mystic area of Southeastern CT. Vacation is yours to enjoy.
Bed Rooms
All of our linens are ironed and the sheets are at least 250 to 450 counts per square inch. In the summer each bed is made with two top sheets. In the winter there are two blankets plus the quilt or spread.
All bedrooms have a full private bath accessed from the bedroom. The Holly room has a jetted tub.
Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, alarm clock and a hair dryer are also included for your use.
Two of our bedrooms have wood burning fireplaces and three have gas fireplaces. There is also a double sided fireplace in the dining room and keeping room.In the summer the home is completely air conditioned.
Watch your favorite movie, on TV or DVD, in the privacy of your own room. We have a private library of DVDs that we share with guests.
Wireless internet access is available in your private bedroom as well as all of the rooms in the home.
There are cookies in the cookie jar and either cake or pie on the table at all times. In a large basket are menus from all of our favorite restaurants. In a small black box are directions for the taking for the most common eateries. In the kitchen is a small fridge with wine, beer and soda for you to take compliments of the house.
