Guests traveling north or south on Interstate 95 should use exit 182A, follow I-395 east to Route 1A. Continue on Route 1A to Ellsworth. Make no turns in Ellsworth; Route 1A becomes Route 3. Follow the signs to Bar Harbor. Once in Bar Harbor, turn left at the first stop sign onto Mount Desert Street. The first left on Mount Desert Street is Holland Avenue. Castlemaine Inn will be on the left.
