From Boston (4 1/2 - 5 hours) and from Portland (3 hours):
Take I-95 north to the Newport, ME exit 157 (old exit 39). Follow the signs for Route 7/11 north to Dexter. In Dexter turn left at the Route 23 North sign (it will say to the Moosehead Lake Region) and proceed north to Guilford. Again, follow the signs for Route 6 & 15 North to Greenville.
From Bangor:
Take Route 15 Northwest and it will turn into Route 6 & 15. Precede North right into the center of Greenville. Greenville is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Bangor.
From the center of Greenville, at the towns’ one and only overhead light, proceed straight on Lily Bay Road North for approximately 2 miles. You will see Blair Hill Inn's sign on your right after which there are two stone posts with lanterns that mark the entrance to the driveway. See you here!
