Brimblecomb Hill Bed and Breakfast Marblehead MA

Brimblecomb Hill since 1721, when Isaac Mansfield built his house on Mechanic Street... then known as Brimblecomb Hill...it has been home to a cooper, a cordwainer, a minister, a wigmaker, an ice cream maker, and a friend of Benjamin Franklin, to name but a few.

Now you too can enjoy the charm of this lovingly restored antique home which was featured in both "Better Homes and Gardens" and "Colonial Homes."

Brimblecomb Hill offers you three clean, comfortable first floor guest rooms with private or shared baths. Two of our rooms have their own private entrances.

From Rte. 128...
Exit 25E onto Rte. 114. Follow Rte. 114 through Salem onto Pleasant Street in Marblehead. Follow Pleasant Street until it ends, turning left onto Washington street. Turn left at blinking yellow light and bear right up the hill. You are now on Mugford Street, and Mechanic Street is your first right...we are on the corner.

From Boston...
21miles north of Boston. Take Rte. 1A to Rte. 129, Swampscott into Marblehead onto Atlantic Avenue. After passing Marblehead Savings Bank Clock on your left, take next right onto Washington Street. Turn left at blinking yellow light and bear right up the hill.You are now on Mugford Street, and Mechanic Street is your first right...we are on the corner
