A Beach Breeze Inn is a quiet, family-friendly motel. All our rooms are non-smoking. Some of our rooms have charming electric fireplaces; all have heat and air-conditioning.
We are close to everything: beautiful Cape Cod beaches, quaint shops, local theaters, and restaurants! We are a 10-minute walk to a beautiful warm-water beach on Nantucket Sound! We have the perfect central location on Cape Cod: 10 minutes to Chatham, 20 minutes to Hyannis, 45 minutes to Provincetown, and 90 minutes to Boston or Providence.
We pride ourselves on offering clean, charming, comfortable rooms and friendly service for our guests! Pam loves to play travel agent, helping everyone to plan their day. Steve does too, but better ask Pam if you need directions :) We offer a complimentary continental breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, and home-baked muffins or breads daily in our lobby.
We also have complimentary Wi-Fi on the property. Looking for ways to cut costs on your vacation? All our rooms have microwaves, small refrigerators and dining tables. We also have a picnic area with 3 picnic tables and 2 gas grills. Pack the paper plates, cups & plastic eating utensils and eat-in! We will supply the grilling utensils!

Our “spotless” rooms are reminiscent of “Olde Cape Cod”: wallpaper, wainscoting, charming touches. Yet they have all the modern conveniences you need: refrigerators, microwaves, phones, cable TV, AC, heat, irons and ironing boards, full baths with tub and shower and a family size dining table. Our king rooms have electric fireplaces. All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Directions to A Beach Breeze Inn Take Rte.6 east (Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 9A (Dennisport/West Harwich). Go to 3rd traffic light and take a left onto Upper County Road. At next full traffic light, bear left onto Rte.28. Continue straight for approximately 3/4 of a mile (over the Herring River Bridge). A Beach Breeze Inn is the first motel on the right after the bridge, directly across from the Weatherdeck Restaurant.
