Enjoy the hospitality of East Tawas Junction, a Bed and Breakfast Inn overlooking beautify Tawas Bay. Conveniently located between Frankenmuth, Alpena and Mackinaw Island, MI, this updated Country Victorian home sets proudly upon an estate sized lot of lush lawns and stately oak trees.
Six guestrooms (three with fireplaces) are tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, 2 king rooms have cable TV's, all have wireless computer access and enjoy private baths and removable feather beds, fresh air dried sheets and linens. 3 upstairs rooms in the historic side of the home have a small convenience center with table, chairs, refrigerator, and coffee pot. There are 3 rooms in the new addition. The 2 downstairs rooms are rented individually or as a suite with a family room (with fireplace, cable TV, private deck and entrance. The loft features a twin bedroom with sitting/study room.
A separate guest entrance leads one onto the furnished, enclosed wrap around porch before entering the main hall with a cozy library tucked away on one end supported by a wide selection of reading materials and CD's.
Directions: I-75 North to US23 North (Exit 188 Standish/Alpena) US23 North 44 miles, pass M55. Continue north on 23 approximately 1/2 mile. Pass the Long John Silver's Kentucky Fried Chicken on left. Watch for the E.T. Junction B&B (sign in front on US23) and continue to the next street to the left (Wilkinson).Go 1/2 block to Provost, turn left.. E.T. Jct. is on left side at end of Provost.
