Directions: From the stoplight in downtown Banner Elk, go past Lees-McRae Collage, bear right on 184 N towards Beech Mountain that the Y intersection, go around the curve and down the hill, then take a sharp left on Old Turnpike road (sign will be on your right, road only goes to the left). we are about 3/10ths mile down on the left. The 1902 Turnpike House B&B is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us.
