Choose hiking, biking, golf nearby or a car ride to see the beauty of the rural landscape in our corner of the world. Or read a book, give the front porch rocking chairs a whirl or go back to bed.

Prospect Hill B&B Inn is perfect for your mountain-view destination wedding with ceremonies in a setting of rustic sophistication. It features an architect-designed wedding garden with Appalachian Mountain views in several directions and the warm brick presence of the 1889 Wagner Mansion which houses five guest rooms. The garden compliments the inn’s custom-designed elegant/casual banquet room which may be dressed up or down to suite your taste. Wedding Packages available.
Great lodging near NASCAR at Bristol Motor Speedway Antique houses are our passion! We enjoy making them work like new ones with the “patina” of an old one. Cottage — fully Pet Friendly Inn — no pets except service animals permitted Inn has ghost(s) — Maybe. Mostly smells, such as peanut butter cookies or perfume. No smoking indoors — state law (permitted on outside porches, etc.)
Children – maximum capacity of inn rooms is 3 humans (except Room 4, which is 2). Cottage capacity is 6-7; both children and pets permitted. Special lodging in party room (crated) for traveling through pet owners. (We’ve hosted gold fish!)

From Bristol TN?? You’ll see Hwy. 421 on the map. HWY 421 is known at the Striped Snake because of its EXCESSIVE CURVES – Hwy. 421 between Bristol and Mountain City—while a federally number highway—-is rather narrow, very curving and getting known as The Striped Snake. It’s a great road for motorcyclists. It isn’t fun for people driving minivans or sedans. Contrary to GPS, it takes the same amount of time to come to the inn via Damascus, VA or Elizabethton, TN. Hwy. 421 from Bristol is NOT recommended after dark, when you are tired, if you tend to get car sick or in the snow.
